Lindsey Bradley joined Mother Frances Hospital in June 1981 as President and Chief Administrative Officer and served in that capacity for fourteen years. In 1995 under his leadership, the east Texas region's most trusted hospital, Mother Frances Hospital and the area's largest primary care physician group, The Trinity Clinic, joined together to form Trinity Mother Frances Health System. Mr. Bradley has served as President and Chief Administrative Officer of Trinity Mother Frances Health System since its formation in 1995.

Trinity Mother Frances Health System is the east Texas area's preferred health care provider with two hospitals and the area's largest multispecialty physician group. Mother Frances Hospital in Tyler is a 392-bed acute health care facility with a Level II Trauma Center and is among the nation's leaders in patient satisfaction. In July 2003, the System opened the new Ornelas Tower, home to the Trinity Mother Frances Heart Institute, the new Center for Advanced Surgery and Technology and 152 new state-of-the-art private patient rooms. The Ornelas Tower is a six-story, $74.4 million, 254,336-square-foot structure featuring some of the most innovative and advanced technology and healing concepts in the world, including the da Vinci robotic surgical system, Stereotaxis, Avanto MRI and other leading edge technologies. Trinity Mother Frances Health System also has affiliations with several leading regional hospitals in smaller communities. With clinics in more than 18 locations throughout the east Texas region, Trinity Clinic today encompasses more than 150 physicians representing 25 specialties. Trinity Mother Frances Health System is one of the region's largest employers, with more than 3,500 employees.

Mr. Bradley has over 30 years experience managing small and large hospitals and health care systems. Prior to joining Trinity Mother Frances, he was the chief operating officer for Herman's 908-bed teaching hospital in Houston, Texas. He earned his B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Texas Tech University and his Master of Business Administration and Master of Health Care Administration from Trinity University.

Mr. Bradley is active in numerous state, regional and national professional organizations and serves in many community and public service capacities.

Mr. Bradley received the Distinguished Citizen Good Turn Award from the Boy Scouts of America in 2003 and the prestigious Earl M. Collier Award from the Texas Hospital Association in 2004. He was honored by Trinity University in 2000 with the Leonard A. Duce Award for Excellence in Health Care Administration.

Mr. Bradley has two grown children.
