Mr. Dorsey is President and Chief Executive Officer of the HCA Continental Division, which is a division of HCA, headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee. Mr. Dorsey oversees 12 hospitals in Colorado, Oklahoma and Kansas. The HCA-HealthONE, LLC joint venture, which Mr. Dorsey also leads, includes 7 acute care hospitals, one rehab hospital, two medical plazas, and 5 ambulatory surgery centers, 3 senior health care centers. The joint venture employs approximately 9,300 employees, has over 2,060 licensed beds, 3,000 affiliated physicians, does $1.3 million annual outpaitent visits, and it is the largest medical provider in the greater Denver area. He has held numerous executive positions within HCA, as well as, CEO and senior executive positions in multiple non-profit heath systems. He holds a Masters in Healthcare Administration from Medical College of Virginia, Richmond, Virginia.
