Mr. Nordwick has more than 30 years experience as a senior executive with hospitals and health organizations. He currently serves as President & CEO of Bozeman Deaconess Health Services, providing executive leadership to its community hospital, senior living retirement community, medical office complex, and various healthcare centers. Bozeman is a fast growing diverse community located in the southwestern region of Montana that blends university, resort, agricultural, and rural lifestyles. Mr. Nordwick has extensive rural health care expertise, as well as a broad range of operational experience, including acute care, skilled nursing home, independent and assisted retirement, home health, hospice and medical clinics. He previously served as the President/CEO of St. John’s Regional Health Center, and COO of River Region Health Services, Red Wing, MN; CEO of Glendive Community Hospital and Nursing Home; Associate Administrator of Community Memorial Hospital in Sidney; and Administrator of Community Hospital and Nursing Home in Poplar, MT.

Mr. Nordwick received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Montana State University in Billings, and earned his Master’s in Hospital Administration from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. He is a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Mr. Nordwick serves on a number of community and professional committees and boards as well as maintaining active membership with many service organizations. Current Board member of Bozeman Deaconess Foundation and New West Health Services; current Advisory Board member of Mountain West Bank. Past Chairman of the Board of VHA Mountain States; past Chairman and Board Member of Montana Hospital Association; past Board Member of United Way of Gallatin County, Gallatin Development Corporation, and Montana Nursing Home Association.
