David R. White currently serves as CEO and Chairman of the Board of IASIS Healthcare. Inc., a Franklin, TN based company, that operates networks of medium-sized hospitals in high growth urban and suburban markets. He is responsible for developing and implementing the operating strategies of 14 acute care hospitals located in Utah, Arizona, Texas and Florida. Iasis Healthcare currently has $800 million dollars in net revenue a year. IASIS also owns and operates five ambulatory surgery centers and a Medicaid health plan, Health Choice, which currently serves over 55,700 members in Arizona.

Prior to joining IASIS, Mr. White was CEO of LifeTrust America, Inc, an assisted living provider. LifeTrust operates 55 assisted living communities in six southwest states.

Mr. White was also president of the Atlantic Group of Columbia/HCA Healthcare Corporation responsible for 43 hospitals in 9 states. Before joining Columbia/HCA in March of 1994, Mr. White was executive vice president and chief operating officer of Brentwood, TN based Community Health Systems, owner and operator of 20-acute-care hospitals.

A native of Tennessee, Mr. White is a graduate of the University of Tennessee and holds a master's degree in healthcare administration from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas.
